Process
What happens, when, and who does it. No surprises after you pay.
SetupA · Day 0–2
- Day 0Who: You
Pay $199 and open the intake
Checkout takes a minute. The intake link arrives with your receipt, and it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
You receive: a receipt and the intake link within a minute.
- Day 0Who: You
Answer five questions
What you sell, who buys it, what proof you have, your sending setup, and your call slot. About three minutes on a phone.
You receive: a confirmation and your planned launch date.
- Day 1Who: YoucrowdsX
Fifteen-minute intake call
We confirm the buyer profile, the tone, and the exclusions: competitors, existing customers, and domains to suppress.
You receive: a written brief of everything we agreed.
- Day 1–2Who: crowdsX
We build the list
2,500 contacts sourced, verified by two providers, and deduplicated against your suppression list.
You receive: the full list as a CSV for review.
- Day 2Who: You
Review and swap
Flag any contact and we replace it within 24 hours. Nothing goes out to a name you would not have chosen.
You receive: a final list you have signed off.
Warmup and copyB · Day 2–16
- Day 2Who: crowdsX
Domains, mailboxes, warmup
We buy four lookalike domains, create twelve mailboxes, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and start a 14-day warmup.
You receive: credentials in a shared vault.
- Day 2–5Who: crowdsX
We write the sequence
Four emails written by hand from your intake answers, each under 80 words, with a first line for every account.
You receive: a document with the four emails and the reasoning behind each line.
- Day 5–7Who: You
Approve the copy
One round of edits is included. Launch waits for your approval, never the other way round.
You receive: the approved sequence, locked for launch.
Send and reportC · Day 16–44
- Day 16Who: crowdsX
Launch
30 emails per mailbox per day across 12 mailboxes, spread across the working day, with the reply-detection stop on.
You receive: a launch confirmation and live reply forwarding.
- Day 16–44Who: YoucrowdsX
Replies, reports, and day 44
Replies are forwarded within a minute, tagged interested, not now, or referral. A mono report lands every Monday. If the first 2,000 sends underperform, one free rewrite. On day 44: the final report and the Managed offer.
You receive: 10,000 emails sent, the report, and everything you own.

What you walk away with
Delivery questions
Sixteen days from the intake call. Your list is ready on day 2 and the sequence is approved by day 7, but new domains need 14 days of warmup. Warmup cannot be rushed without damaging deliverability, and a campaign that lands in spam is worth less than one that starts a week later.
See the full procedureIf the first 2,000 sends underperform you get one free sequence rewrite, plus an honest diagnosis of whether the offer, the list or the copy is the problem. If it is the offer, we will tell you rather than sell you another round.
Yes. The full list is shared on day 2 for review, with the reason each account qualifies. Remove anyone you already know, a competitor or a current customer, and we swap them out before warmup ends.
You get the final report, and everything keeps running on infrastructure you own. You can manage it yourself with the domains, mailboxes and list we hand over, or move to Managed for fresh leads, rewrites and reply handling every month.
Yes. Twelve warmed mailboxes send 30 a day each, spread across the working day, for 28 days, with a reply-detection stop so nobody who answered gets a follow-up. Inbox placement is monitored daily, and any mailbox that dips is paused and rested before it can affect the others.
