We are reviewing tools for this next month. Send a demo link.
MEETINGMore demos on the calendar, before you hire an SDR.
For founders and heads of growth selling annual contracts: a complete cold email campaign aimed at the titles that own the budget for your category, built and sent for $199, once.
“Our demo calendar depends on whoever posted on LinkedIn that week.”
Inbound carries you until it plateaus. Content takes quarters to compound, paid search costs more at every renewal, and the founder is still the person closing most of the annual contracts. A slow fortnight of demo bookings does not hurt today; it shows up in the pipeline review two months later.
Hiring an SDR looks like the answer until you add it up: a salary, a ramp of several months, a data subscription, a sending tool and a senior person to manage it all. For a team still working out which segment buys fastest, that is a large bet placed on a hypothesis.
What you need first is a clean experiment: one defined segment, one message built around a single use case, and enough volume to learn whether buyers with that title reply at all.
What we build for your product
We source 2,500 verified contacts from the accounts that look like your best customers: the industries and headcount bands where they cluster, filtered to the titles that sign for your category. Every address passes two verification providers, and current customers, open trials and live opportunities can be suppressed before launch.
We buy four lookalike domains and set up twelve mailboxes on them. Your product domain, which carries password resets, invoices and onboarding emails, is never used for cold outreach, so the messages your users depend on keep landing where they should.
The sequence is four emails written by hand, each under 80 words, built around one use case and one ask: a short demo. The first email does not tour the feature list. Its only job is to earn a reply from someone who recognises their own problem in it.
Replies come to the inbox you name at kickoff, so the founder or the account executive can book the demo directly, with no extra tool in between.
Day 0 to day 44
Day 0 is the kickoff: your ideal customer profile, the use case to lead with and the link prospects should use to book. On day 2 the domains and mailboxes are live and the list arrives for your review, which is the moment to remove anyone already in your CRM.
Days 2 to 14 are warmup. The growth instinct says ship it now; the inbox providers disagree, and they decide where your emails land. Warmup is complete on day 14, and the campaign launches on day 16.
From day 16 to day 44, 10,000 emails go out across 28 days, checked daily for placement and bounces, with each reply forwarded within a minute. The final report on day 44 breaks replies down by title and by sequence step, which gives you evidence about who responds to which message, useful well beyond this one campaign.
One charge, and the stack is yours
The campaign is $199, charged once. It is not a platform subscription, so there is no annual contract of ours sitting beside the ones you are trying to sign, and nothing to cancel.
You keep everything we set up: the four domains and twelve mailboxes in your company's name, the verified list with every reply tagged, and the approved sequence. If you hire that SDR later, they inherit warm infrastructure and a message that has already been tested.
If the segment is worth pushing, the managed plan continues it after day 44 for $499 a month: 2,500 new leads and 10,000 emails every month. If the segment turns out to be wrong, you found out for $199 rather than a quarter of salary.
Which SaaS companies this fits
It fits B2B software with a contract value above $1,000 and a buyer you can name by title: a head of RevOps, a financial controller, an IT director, a VP of customer success. Annual plans and sales-assisted tiers are the natural match.
It does not fit self-serve products priced at a few dollars a seat, consumer apps, or tools whose buyer is “anyone with a laptop”. It is also wrong for teams that want a promised number of demos; we do not make that promise, and anyone who does is guessing. Spots are capped at ten a month, with a single SaaS client per niche in any one city.
What a reply looks like
Is pricing per seat or per entity?
PRICINGRelevant. Does it work with our SSO setup?
INTERESTEDNames, roles and replies are illustrative until the first campaigns for this audience ship.
Questions we get asked
We sell to more than one persona. Can one campaign cover them all?
We write one sequence per campaign, so we ask you to pick the persona who owns the budget. Closely related titles can sit on the same list if the same message genuinely fits them. A different message for a different persona is a second campaign, which the managed plan can run in a later month.
Should the emails ask for a demo or push a free trial?
For contracts above $1,000 we default to a short demo. A trial link in a first cold email asks a stranger to do setup work for a product they met thirty seconds ago. If your motion is product-led with a sales assist, we can mention the trial in a later step, after the reader has shown interest.
Do you need access to our CRM or product?
No. We need a description of your best customers, the use case to lead with and, if you want suppression, an export of the accounts to exclude. Nothing is installed in your stack, and replies arrive as ordinary email in the inbox you choose.
