Sixteen days from the intake call. Your list is ready on day 2 and the sequence is approved by day 7, but new domains need 14 days of warmup. Warmup cannot be rushed without damaging deliverability, and a campaign that lands in spam is worth less than one that starts a week later.

No. We buy four lookalike domains so your main domain is never at risk, and cold email never sends from it. If you already own spare domains that have never sent cold email, we can use them instead and set them up the same way.

If the first 2,000 sends underperform you get one free sequence rewrite, plus an honest diagnosis of whether the offer, the list or the copy is the problem. If it is the offer, we will tell you rather than sell you another round.

Rules vary by country and we are not lawyers, so check with counsel if you sell into a regulated market.

Yes. Twelve warmed mailboxes send 30 a day each, spread across the working day, for 28 days, with a reply-detection stop so nobody who answered gets a follow-up. Inbox placement is monitored daily, and any mailbox that dips is paused and rested before it can affect the others.
