Sixteen days. The intake call is day 0, your list is ready on day 2, and new domains then warm for 14 days. Warmup cannot be rushed: mailboxes that send cold email before they have a history are the ones that land in spam, so we launch on day 16 and not before.

No. We buy four lookalike domains for you, for example getacme.com alongside acme.com, and send only from those. Your primary domain never sends cold email, so its reputation and your everyday mail are never at risk.

If the first 2,000 sends underperform you get one free rewrite of the sequence and an honest diagnosis of why it underperformed: the list, the offer, the copy or deliverability. If the problem is the offer rather than the emails, we will say so rather than sell you another round.

For B2B outreach, yes in most markets, provided every email identifies the sender, includes a physical address and gives a simple way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured. We build all three into every campaign. Rules differ by country and we are not lawyers, so check with counsel if you sell into a regulated market.

Yes. The full list is shared with you on day 2, with the reason each account qualifies. Remove anyone you already know, a competitor, or a current customer, and we replace them before warmup ends.
