PRICINGA second outbound channel, without another hire.
For in-house sales teams whose SDRs are already at capacity: a separate cold email lane with its own domains, list and sequence, run beside your team for $199, once.
“Our SDRs are at capacity and the pipeline target went up again.”
Your SDRs already work a full book of accounts. Next quarter's plan assumes more pipeline than the team can physically prospect, and new headcount is frozen or months away. Pushing extra sequences through the existing tool means more volume from the same few mailboxes on the company domain, which is exactly where deliverability trouble starts.
Meanwhile there are segments nobody gets to: a vertical marketing wants tested, a region with no rep, a tier of smaller accounts the account executives skip. They stay on the planning slide because no one has the hours to work them.
What you need is a channel that runs alongside the team rather than inside it, with its own infrastructure and no claim on anyone's prospecting time.
What we stand up beside your team
A separate outbound lane: 2,500 verified contacts in the segment you nominate, double-checked by two verification providers, with your customers and the accounts your reps already own removed if you send us a suppression list.
Four lookalike domains and twelve mailboxes, kept entirely apart from your corporate domain. The domain your whole company sends from, and every mailbox your SDRs use, stays out of it.
A four-step sequence written by hand to match your existing positioning, so a prospect who later meets your team hears the same story. Sales and marketing leadership approve the copy before launch.
Every reply is forwarded within a minute to the inbox you choose, whether that is an SDR lead, an account executive pod or a shared alias, so interest drops into your normal qualification process.
How the 44 days run alongside your quarter
Day 0 is a kickoff with whoever owns pipeline: the segment, the suppression list and where replies should go. Two days later the infrastructure is live and the list lands with you, so sales ops can check it against the CRM before anything is sent.
Days 2 to 14 are warmup on the new mailboxes only; your corporate domain is never part of it. The lane goes live on day 16, two days after warmup completes on day 14.
Sending runs for 28 days, day 16 through day 44: 10,000 emails, about 360 a day spread across the twelve mailboxes, monitored daily for placement and bounces. The final report on day 44 lists sends, replies and tags by title: the evidence you need to decide whether this segment deserves SDR time next quarter.
The cost, and what the company keeps
$199, charged once. It is not another platform contract, so there are no seats to count and no annual commitment for procurement to negotiate.
The four domains, the twelve mailboxes, the verified list and the approved sequence are registered to your company. After day 44, sales ops can fold them into your own sending stack or leave them running as a dedicated lane.
If nobody internal has room to own the lane, the managed plan keeps it going for $499 a month after day 44, with 2,500 new leads and 10,000 emails a month and replies still routed to your team.
Which sales teams this fits
It fits in-house teams selling a B2B product or service with a deal value above $1,000 to a buyer you can name by title, who have a segment they want worked and someone ready to pick up the replies.
It does not fit teams hoping to replace their SDRs, companies that want us to email their existing pipeline, or organisations whose policy forbids sending from any domain other than the corporate one. With ten openings a month and one team per niche per city, a direct competitor in your city will not be running the same play with us.
What a reply looks like
Not my call, but our COO should see this. Copying her in.

Questions we get asked
How do you avoid emailing accounts our reps are already working?
Send us a suppression export at kickoff: customers, open opportunities and any accounts assigned to a rep. We remove those companies and contacts before the list reaches you on day 2, and your sales ops team gets a chance to check it against the CRM before anything is sent.
Does this clash with the sequencing tool our SDRs already use?
No. The lane runs on its own domains and mailboxes, so it never shares sending reputation or daily volume with your SDRs. We do not need access to your CRM or your sequencing tool, and replies arrive as ordinary email wherever you route them.
Who on our side needs to be involved?
One owner for the kickoff and the approvals, ideally whoever is accountable for pipeline in that segment; someone in sales ops to check the list on day 2; and a named person or alias to receive replies. Nobody needs to touch the sending itself.
