We have been meaning to sort this out. Are you taking new clients?
INTERESTEDA few good clients, found while you work.
For consultants and solo service providers who are too busy delivering to prospect: we build the list, the mailboxes and the emails, and send them for you. The replies come to your own inbox.
“I need three good clients, not a marketing department.”
When you are the whole business, every hour spent prospecting is an hour you cannot bill. So prospecting happens in bursts: a frantic week when a contract ends, then silence for months once the work fills up again. That feast-and-famine pattern is not a discipline problem. It is a calendar problem.
You have probably tried the alternatives. Job platforms turn your expertise into a bidding war. Posting on LinkedIn suits some people and quietly drains others. Asking past clients for introductions works twice and then starts to feel awkward.
What you want is modest and specific: a handful of conversations with the right kind of buyer, arriving while you are busy doing the work you are actually good at.
What we set up on your behalf
A list of 2,500 verified decision-makers at the kind of company that has hired someone like you before. For a fractional CFO that might be founders of recently funded startups; for a conversion consultant, heads of e-commerce at mid-sized online brands. Each address is checked by two providers before it reaches you.
Four lookalike domains and twelve mailboxes, registered in your name and fully authenticated. The address on your proposals and invoices stays out of cold email entirely.
Four emails written by hand in your voice: first person, plain, and specific about the one outcome you deliver. They read like a note from an independent expert, because that is exactly what they are. You approve each one before it is sent.
Your share of the work is a ten-minute kickoff, a look through the list on day 2 and a read of the sequence. After that, the only part that needs you is answering the people who write back.
Your 44 days, step by step
Day 0 is the kickoff call, about ten minutes. Come with a clear answer to “who hires you, and for what.” By day 2 your domains and mailboxes are live and the list is in your inbox for a quick review.
Between day 2 and day 14 the new mailboxes warm up. There is nothing for you to do in this stretch; you carry on with client work. By day 14 the mailboxes have a sending history; two days of checks later, on day 16, your first emails leave.
The send window opens on day 16 and closes on day 44: 10,000 emails across 28 days, with deliverability watched daily. Replies reach your own inbox within a minute, so you answer them between client calls the way you answer any other email. On day 44 you get the final report, with every reply listed and tagged.
What a solo business pays, and keeps
$199, once. If your work is priced above $1,000 an engagement, a single new client covers it about five times over. There is no subscription and no second charge unless you choose one.
When the campaign ends you keep the four domains, the twelve mailboxes, the verified list and the sequence you approved. Plenty of independents will only ever need one round: once the calendar is full, you simply stop.
If you would rather have a steady trickle of conversations, the managed plan runs from day 44 at $499 a month, with 2,500 fresh leads and 10,000 emails each month on the same mailboxes.
Who this is for, and who should skip it
It is for consultants and solo service providers selling engagements worth more than $1,000 to a buyer you can name by title: a fractional CMO selling to founders, a bookkeeper who works with agency owners, a Webflow developer who builds for SaaS marketing leads.
Skip it if you sell to consumers, if your typical project is a couple of hundred dollars, or if your honest answer is “anyone who needs a website.” Skip it as well if you have no room for new work, because people who reply expect an answer within a day or so. We take one client per niche per city, so another fractional CFO in your city will not be emailing the same founders through us.

Questions we get asked
I am a one-person business. Will sending from lookalike domains look odd?
Not to the reader. The domains are close variations of your own name or business name, the mailboxes carry your name and signature, and the emails are written in the first person. Plenty of independents sell under a trading name; the lookalike domain simply keeps your main address safe.
How much of my time will this take?
About ten minutes on day 0, a short look at the list on day 2 and a read of the draft sequence before launch. During warmup and sending there is nothing to manage. The only ongoing work is replying to the people who answer, which is the part you would want to do yourself anyway.
What if my calendar fills up before day 44?
Answer people honestly and offer a later start date; a buyer who wants you in two months is still a good outcome. The emails keep going to the end of the send window, and the list, the mailboxes and every reply stay yours, so you can pick the conversations back up when you have room.
