MEETING

Names and companies are illustrative until the first campaign ships.

How a reply reaches you

Your campaign sends from twelve mailboxes on four lookalike domains, so replies arrive in twelve places. None of them is an inbox you have to watch. Within a minute of a reply landing, it is forwarded to the inbox you chose at kickoff, with the original thread attached so you can answer in context.

Every forwarded reply carries one tag: interested, meeting, pricing or not now. The tag is the first thing you see in the subject line, so a booked-call request never waits behind an out-of-office. The cards above show the format; the names and companies on them are illustrative until the first campaigns ship.
