Timing is decent, our current agency contract ends in March.
INTERESTEDYou build pipeline for clients. Time to build yours.
A done-for-you cold email campaign aimed at the companies that sign agency retainers, sent under your agency's name from domains you keep. One payment of $199.
“We build pipelines for clients and run our own on referrals.”
You sell growth for a living, yet most of your own new business arrives through a past client who changed jobs or a partner who owes you a favour. Referrals are good leads. They are also impossible to schedule, and they have a habit of drying up in the same quarter a large retainer ends.
The usual fix is to run outbound for the agency itself. That project goes to whoever has a free afternoon, which in a busy agency is nobody. Client deadlines win every argument, so the domains never get bought, the list never gets cleaned and the sequence sits in a draft folder for another month.
What you want is a channel that runs on its own calendar, pointed at the companies that buy retainers, written in the voice of a senior strategist rather than a template your prospects have already seen three times this week.
What we build for your agency
We pull 2,500 verified contacts that look like the clients you already do your best work for: the industries, company sizes and titles that sign monthly retainers rather than one-off projects. Two separate verification providers check every address before you see it, and you can strike any account you already pitch or serve.
Then we buy four lookalike sending domains in your agency's name and set up twelve mailboxes across them, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place. Your main domain, the one on every client report and invoice, never sends a single cold email.
The sequence is four short emails written by hand around one service you want to sell more of. Agencies with a broad menu read as generalists in a cold inbox, so on the kickoff call we will ask you to lead with a single problem you solve. You approve every word before anything goes out.
This is a pipeline for your agency, sent under your agency's name. crowdsX does not offer a white-label version for you to resell to clients.
The 44 days, in order
Day 0 is a short kickoff call: who signs your retainers, which service to lead with, which accounts to leave alone. By day 2 the domains and mailboxes are live and your list is waiting for review.
From day 2 to day 14 the mailboxes warm up. Nothing cold goes out in that stretch, however keen the team is; a mailbox with no sending history is how agency domains end up in spam folders. Warmup is complete on day 14, we run final checks, and the campaign launches on day 16.
Over the next 28 days, 10,000 emails go out at safe daily volumes while we watch placement and bounces every day. Each reply is forwarded to your inbox within a minute, so a curious marketing director hears back from a person at your agency the same morning. On day 44 you receive the final report: what was sent, who replied and how each reply was tagged.
$199 once, and the system stays with you
The campaign costs $199, paid once. No retainer, which we realise is an unusual thing to say to an agency. There is no seat licence, no platform fee and nothing that renews unless you ask it to.
On day 44 the four domains, the twelve mailboxes, the verified list and the approved sequence belong to the agency. If you have someone in-house who wants to run the next round, they start from warm infrastructure instead of a blank account.
If you would rather keep your people on client work, the managed plan is $499 a month after day 44: 2,500 fresh leads and 10,000 emails each month on the same mailboxes, with replies still coming straight to you.
Which agencies this fits, and which it does not
The rule is the same for every client: a B2B offer with a deal value above $1,000 and a buyer you can name by title. Most agency retainers clear that bar in their first month. If you can finish the sentence “we run paid social for heads of marketing at consumer brands with a funded growth team,” we can build the list.
It is not a fit for agencies that want to resell cold email to their own clients, that mostly sell small one-off design jobs, or that cannot say who signs the contract. We take ten clients a month and one per niche per city, so two agencies with the same specialty in the same city are never pitching the same buyers with our sequences.

Questions we get asked
Can we resell this to our clients under our own brand?
No. crowdsX runs a campaign for the business that pays for it, under that business's name, and we do not offer a white-label or reseller arrangement. If one of your clients wants a campaign of their own, they can buy it directly, subject to the same fit rule and the one-per-niche limit.
Could cold email damage our agency's reputation?
Your primary domain never sends, so your client communication is untouched. Each of the twelve mailboxes sends at most 30 emails a day after a full warmup, and the copy is written to read like a considered note from a senior person at your agency rather than a blast. Anyone who asks to be left alone is removed.
Can the emails sound like us rather than like you?
Yes, that is the point of writing them by hand. On the kickoff call we collect the phrases you use when you pitch, the problem you are best known for and the kind of proof you can share. The draft comes to you for edits, and nothing sends until you approve it.
