Four short emails written by a person for your offer and your buyer, with a first line about each account and one question per email.

The problem

The emails prospects answer are short, specific to them and easy to reply to. That takes research and rewriting, not a fill-in-the-blanks tool with their first name in it. Buyers can tell in one line whether a person wrote to them, and they decide whether to read on in that same line.

Symptoms

  • Openers that compliment a LinkedIn post
  • Follow-ups that only say “bumping this”
  • Emails longer than a phone screen
  • Three calls to action in one message

What we do

Four steps from a fifteen-minute call to a sequence you have read and approved.

  1. 1 / 4

    Interview

A short call on your offer, your best proof and how you actually talk to customers. We write down the phrases you use so the emails sound like you, not like us.

  2. 2 / 4

    Draft four emails

Opener, bump, new angle and close-out, sent on days 1, 3, 7 and 12. Each one stays under 80 words and asks a single question.

  3. 3 / 4

    Personalise the first line

Every account gets its own first line, written from the research notes on your list. It names something true about them, so the email could not go to anyone else.

  4. 4 / 4

    You approve every word

Nothing sends until you have read and signed off the sequence. Edits are included, and we rewrite until it sounds right to you.

What you approve is final copy, not a draft for you to rewrite. Most founders change a phrase or two; if you want a bigger change, we make it the same day so the launch date never slips.

What you get

You get the words, the reasoning behind them and a guide for what to do when people answer.

The reply guide covers the four answers you will get most: interested, not now, wrong person and unsubscribe. Each has a short suggested response you can send as written or adapt in your own words.

Example sequences

Switch industries, open each email and turn on the notes to see why every line is there.

Each of these sequences follows the same house rules your own will: one observed fact, one value claim, one question, under 80 words, and a polite close-out instead of a fifth chase.
