We build your list from the accounts that already buy from you, not from a database filter, and verify every address twice before it reaches you.
The problem
Generic lists are built from one database and one filter. They age quickly, they overlap with everyone else's, and every bounce teaches inbox providers that your new domains send to addresses nobody checked.
Symptoms
- Bounce rate above 5% on the first send
- Replies from people who left the company
- Titles that cannot approve the purchase
- The same list your competitors bought
What we do
Four passes, each one narrowing the list. You see the reasoning behind every account before a single email is written against it.
- 1 / 4
Start from your closed deals
We look at your last ten customers and work out what they share: industry, headcount, tools and the title that signed. That profile, not a guess, decides who goes on the list.

Source from more than one place
Contacts come from several data providers and public sources, then get merged and de-duplicated. One database always has gaps; three rarely share the same ones.
- 3 / 4
Verify every address twice
Each address runs through two independent verification providers. Catch-all domains are flagged and kept out unless you ask for them.

Remove the risky ones
Bounced, role-based and recently changed addresses come out before you see the list. What reaches you on day 2 is exactly what we would send to.
By day 2 you hold a list you can defend line by line. If an account looks wrong to you, it comes off and we replace it before warmup ends, so nothing goes out to a name you would not have chosen yourself.
What you get
Everything arrives on day 2, in formats you can open without signing up for anything.

Pick an industry, a company size, the titles you sell to and where they are. The table uses invented companies to show what every row of your real list will contain.
Your real list follows the same columns, with one difference: every contact on it is a real person at a real company, verified by two providers on the day we deliver it to you.
This is one of five things included in the $199 Launch.
