Fourteen days of gradual, monitored sending on every new mailbox, so inbox providers know your domains before the first cold email arrives.
The problem
Skip warmup and the first week of a campaign trains Gmail and Outlook to filter you. Rebuilding that reputation takes far longer than building it properly would have taken in the first place, and while you wait, every email you send, cold or not, risks the same folder.
Symptoms
- Emails landing in spam from day one
- Bounce rate above 5%
- Google flagging your main domain
- Open rates under 20% on a good list
What we do
Three stages over fourteen days. Warmup cannot be rushed, so we do not try.
- 1 / 3
Domains go live with clean DNS
Every lookalike domain is checked for SPF, DKIM and DMARC before warmup starts. A domain that fails any check does not send a single message.
- 2 / 3
Volume ramps from 5 to 40 a day
Each mailbox starts at five emails a day and climbs to forty over two weeks, holding real conversations inside a warmup network. Replies, opens and rescues from spam all build reputation.
- 3 / 3
Placement is tested, then we decide
On day 12 we send seed tests to Gmail and Outlook inboxes and measure where they land. If placement is low, launch pauses until it recovers.
By day 16 your mailboxes have two weeks of normal-looking history. Inbox providers see a sender that has behaved well, which is the single biggest factor in where your first cold email lands.
What you get
You can watch the reputation build day by day, and you get the evidence before launch.

If the placement test on day 12 comes back low, we tell you, extend warmup and test again. A late launch costs a few days; a launch into the spam folder costs the whole campaign and the domains with it.
Warmup simulator
Each mailbox ramps from 5 to 40 emails a day. Add mailboxes to see the daily ramp and the volume you can send safely once warmup ends. Launch runs 12 mailboxes at 30 a day each, below that ceiling.
Day-14 capacity is a ceiling, not a target. We launch at 30 a day per mailbox and keep warmup running alongside the campaign, so each mailbox always has headroom left for its replies.
This is one of five things included in the $199 Launch.
