Four lookalike domains and twelve mailboxes, registered in your name and authenticated properly, so cold email never puts your everyday inbox at risk.
The problem
Inbox providers judge a domain on everything it sends. Cold outreach is the riskiest mail a company sends, so it belongs on domains built for that job and nowhere near your proposals, hiring email and receipts.
Symptoms
- Cold email sent from your main domain
- SPF, DKIM or DMARC missing or failing
- One mailbox sending hundreds a day
- Customer replies landing in spam
What we do
Four steps, all finished on day 1 so warmup can start the next morning.
- 1 / 4
Register lookalike domains
We choose four domains close to your brand, such as getacme.com and tryacme.com, and register them in your name. All forward to your main site so curious prospects land somewhere real.
- 2 / 4
Authenticate every domain
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are published and tested on each domain before any mail is sent. DMARC starts at quarantine, with reports routed to us so we see problems before you do.
- 3 / 4
Create twelve mailboxes
Three mailboxes per domain, each with a real sender name, a plain signature and the reply-to set correctly. Twelve inboxes spread the volume so no single address carries the campaign.

Hand over the keys
Every login, DNS record and registrar account is written down and shared with you. If you ever leave, the domains and mailboxes leave with you.
The result is a sending setup that looks like a careful company, because it is one. Your main domain keeps sending invoices and proposals exactly as before, with no new risk attached to it.
What you get
You own all of it from day 1. Nothing is rented from us or locked inside our accounts.

Lookalike domains cost a few dollars a year to keep. If you stop sending, park them; reputation fades slowly, so a domain you return to after a quiet month is far easier to restart than a new one.
This is one of five things included in the $199 Launch.
