Your sequence goes live at safe volumes, gets checked every day, and every reply reaches your inbox within a minute, tagged so you know what to do next.

The problem

Launching is a single click. Keeping a campaign healthy for four weeks, and getting each reply to the right person while the prospect still cares, is the actual work. An interested reply answered within the hour books calls; the same reply answered next week rarely does.

Symptoms

  • Interested replies answered days later
  • Follow-ups sent after someone replied
  • A flagged mailbox nobody noticed
  • No weekly view of sent, replied, booked

What we do

Four routines that run every day from launch on day 16 to day 44.

  1. 1 / 4

    Send across the working day

Each of the twelve mailboxes sends up to 30 emails a day, about 360 in total, spread across your prospects' working hours in their own time zone. Volume never jumps, so inbox providers see a steady sender.

  2. 2 / 4

    Stop on reply

The moment someone replies, their remaining follow-ups are cancelled. Nobody gets a reminder after they have already answered.

  3. 3 / 4

    Check health every day

Bounce rates, spam signals and mailbox status are checked daily. A mailbox that slips is paused and rested before it can drag the others down.

  4. 4 / 4

    Forward and tag replies

Every reply is forwarded within a minute and tagged interested, not now, or referral. Each Monday you get a short report of what was sent, delivered, replied and booked.

You never have to log in anywhere to know how the campaign is doing. Replies arrive in your inbox, problems arrive as alerts, and the Monday report gives you the whole week in a minute.

What you get

You see everything that happens, and the replies come to you, not to a dashboard you have to remember to open.

After day 44 the campaign can keep running on the Managed plan or stop cleanly. Either way you keep the domains, mailboxes, list and every reply, and the final summary shows what to change next time.

Inside a running campaign

A sample console with invented companies. Every panel is something we check daily on a real campaign; the legend says what each one tells us.

Legend
Header
Campaign name, sending state and the clock. A paused state here means we stopped sending on purpose.
Sequence
Which of the four emails is going out now. Prospects move along it until they reply or reach day 12.
Send log
Every delivered message, timestamped. Gaps or bounces here are the first sign of a mailbox in trouble.
Replies
Answers as they arrive. Each is forwarded to you within a minute and tagged by intent.
Inbox placement
The share of seed tests landing in the inbox. Below target, sending slows until it recovers.
Warmup
The fourteen-day ramp behind every mailbox. Warmup keeps running alongside the campaign.

Nothing on this console is live data; the companies are invented. On your campaign the same panels show your own sends, your own replies and your own placement, and we watch them for you every day.
